How do I connect with my partner?

After creating your account, go to the Partner tab and enter your partner's Flayme username. Once they accept, your accounts are linked and you'll both start building a shared streak.

How does the free trial work?

New users get a 3-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No charge is made during the trial. After 3 days, the subscription is $9.99 USD per year, billed through your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Flayme → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

How do I delete my account?

In the Flayme app, go to Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. All your data — including your profile, messages, streaks, and partner connections — is permanently deleted.

Why isn't my partner receiving affirmations?

Make sure both accounts are linked (you should see each other's name on the home screen). Check that your partner has notifications enabled in iOS Settings → Flayme. If the issue persists, both of you can try signing out and back in.

Can I change my daily reminder time?

Yes — go to Settings in the app and tap Daily Reminder to choose a new time. The change takes effect immediately.

I signed up but can't log in — what do I do?

If you signed up with email, check your inbox for a confirmation link and click it before logging in. If you used Google, make sure you're signing in with the same Google account. Still stuck? Email us at flaymeapp@gmail.com.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your personal messages are only shared between you and your connected partner. We do not sell your data or use your messages for advertising. See our full Privacy Policy below.
