1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Flayme ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Flayme is a couples affirmation app that helps partners strengthen their relationship through daily personalized messages, shared streaks, and milestone tracking. Core features include AI-powered affirmation suggestions, shared streak tracking, and partner connection.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscription and Payments
Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No charge is made during the trial period.
Pricing: After the trial, the subscription is $9.99 USD per year.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews annually unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified before any price change takes effect.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (such as affirmations and messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you and your connected partner. We do not use your personal messages for advertising or share them with third parties.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, abuse, or harm another person; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; reverse-engineer or modify the App; or use automated tools to access the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flayme and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
